Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment link before the start of each session or package.
Yes, we offer discounted rates for block bookings of 10 sessions or more. Please contact us for details.
Payment is required in advance to secure your child’s place for each session or package.
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, but we will try to reschedule if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session, otherwise the full fee is charged.
All sessions are conducted on secure platforms, and our tutors follow strict safeguarding procedures at all times.

Currently, all sessions are held online to accommodate students across the UK with flexible timings.
Sessions will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other bookings, so punctuality is important.
